    I think the best new little product was the Tropic Marin nano water change bucket with salt already in the bucket. If you didn't see or go what it is is a collapsable plastic container that you fill with water the expands to 2.5 gallons of water and has a pre measure amount of salt in the container that makes 1.025-1.027 of salt water and they will be selling refill packets of salt or you can make your own as its 12.7 ounces by weight of salt and they come with Tropic Marin Pro Reef salt which is ...

    I got this new tang. His name is BillyBob (no I didn't name him), and he is awesome. He has some evidence of hard living, a scared face. He has a wonderful personality though, and really active all the time so I'm thrilled. He came from a wonderfully spoiled home and I hope that he is happy in his new permanent home soon.   3. 125 gallon reef project update!

    hello i thought i would update everyone on my build progress.

    my sand came in today i ordered 75lbs of fiji pink from carib sea, yesterday i finished my plumbing up and i filled the closed loop intake line up with water to sorta leak test it so far so good we will find out for sure when its running. and right now my tank is being filled up with ro water it should be done some time tomorrow and ill start heating the water and testing the closed loop then ill get my salt mixed in. ...

    Good morning all; I was looking for some input for my new tank setup. I have a dirt floor basement which I'm thinking about putting my sump at, it would be on a stand directly under my tank. It's a 60 gallon 3 compartment sump, so I would have plenty of room for my skimmer, refugium, heaters, and all. It would give me about 10-12 ft of head pressure to overcome, but there are plenty of pumps out there to use. The temp stays pretty constant year around.
