I thought I would ask for a hand on my battles with cyano. First some background. I have had my 90 AGA tank for 4 years and recently restarted the tank in Feb 2013 due to Bryopsis.

Total water volume is around 130 gallons, basement sump, Octopus NWB 150, BRS reactor with carbon, TLF Phosban 550 with BRS biopellets. I dose 3 vials each of Prodbio Biodigest and Bioptim every 2 weeks. I have around 100 lbs of marco rock. As for sand I have Tropic Eden Reefflakes. ...

My cheato algae has all but dissapeared from my sump and I seem to have green slimey algae in my tank.could new Radions be causing
algae growth? Nitrates near zero Phoshates less than .25. Any ideas?

To capture those pictures from yesterday, I had the Macro lens in hand. So I took a few more images of the reef to share with you all. These were taken after treating my tank to kill cyano, by the way.

When you look at your tank, do you look closely enough to see what's newly grown in?

My birdsnest colony that died left me some twigs. This particular piece broke off weeks ago and has sat on the rock in this exact spot untouched. I've checked on it from time to time because it isn't in an exposed easy-to-spot area. And what I saw were little white tips which are the beginnings of future branches.
